Job: Surfing Instructor

History:
Pilar was born into a big family of older brothers and sisters, decently well off and lived a fairly nice childhood when growing up. Her mother having been a retired Surfing Instructor and had owned many different surfboards hung around the home it was hard for Pilar not to find an interest in surfing, resulting in her constant request of her mother teaching her until she finally agreed. Though a rocky start at first, Pilar was ultimately dedicated and felt a need to continue practicing, her sudden found love for how free it felt to be on a wave excited her. It had somehow become the norm for Pilar and her mother, the occasional weekend they would go surfing, spending nearly the entire day at the beach together up until her late teens when her mother had suddenly fallen ill, later finding out it was an incurable type of cancer.

Months later after her mothers death, though struck with grief Pilar would turn to the sandy beaches and ocean as a way to deal with her mothers death, and having emotional support from her family she managed to find reasons to smile again. By the time she had reached 19 Pilar set herself on this place, the Island of Jarr. Making enough money along with help from her family, she left to the island to live in the beautiful beaches of the Sugar Isles, taking up a nice job as a Surfing Instructor just as her mother was and has been staying put cozily in her nice beach house ever since.

Additional Information:
Prefers to keep her hair put up in a ponytail, just feels a lot easier to manage.
Pilars' shell necklace was a present from her mother. She's very careful about where she puts it and who is allowed to see it.
Normally will just sit around on the beach if she's upset or lost in thought.
Has swirl like markings along all of her body, the exception being mostly her back. ( Markings Ref: sta.sh/0xqwrwm5qbl )
Has a barbell piercing in her right eyebrow, though her hair some of the time covers it up.
Tends to stay outside to watch the sunset until it's finally gone before she goes back home for bed.
Dislikes stormy weather or rain a LOT, simply because she can never manage to find a good wave out when it's raining, making surfing just impossible for her.
